Hi, Bob, this is Darreth N. (formerly Darreth C.). I got married on July 1st.

Your pictures were so amazing, no one is able to decide 100% what they want to order

(the orders keep getting bigger and bigger - which is good for you!) But I am totally stressing out about getting this to you

after FIVE!! months of dealing with it. My mother is the MOST indecisive of all.

 

Recommendation for Personal Touch:
Our family had an opportunity to hire Personal Touch Photography for my daughter's wedding on Sept. 15, 2006.

As this was the first wedding in the family in many years, we did not have a "family photographer"

and spent some time checking out various photographers in the area. We were very comfortable with Bob after our initial meeting.

The wedding and reception were both held outdoors at the Butterfly House in Faust Park in Chesterfield.

The wedding was held at dusk but the pictures were outstanding and very clear - which was a concern we had heard from others taking photos at dusk.
Unfortunately the bride was 45 minutes late in arriving for pre-wedding pictures, which made for some "organized chaos".

But Bob was not flustered at all, was able to "roll with" all the little inconveniences we threw at him, and made everyone feel very comfortable during the pictures the entire time. And accommodated every request we had.
His sense of humor is a great asset, as well as his creative photos. He utilized the setting to enhance both the elegance of the wedding and the fun at the reception.
The proofs were ready very quickly, as were the orders for additional prints. His prices are very, very reasonable and offer many options.
The only negative thing we can say is that we had a very difficult time choosing which photos to order: they were all great!
I would highly recommend Bob and Personal Touch for any photography assignment We look forward to working with him in the future for our family portrait.

Bob,
Now that my life is some what calmed down I wanted to take a few minutes and thank you for taking our pictures at our wedding. You were wonderful.

You went with the flow and never got bent out of shape. I know Bob and my family can be a handful.

Hi Bob almost ready to order should be Monday or Tuesday I will just email you the order..I had a couple questions real quick first....Is there tax on the set of proofs??

Do I take the 10% off BEFORE adding tax?? So far the order is over 600.00 and there is a free 11x14 for every 200.00 right? I guess thats all for now..Have a nice evening and I will get back to you hopefully Monday evening..

Hi Bob! I've finally decided which pictures I want, and it was NOT an easy task because they all look great.
Like I said the other day, I am very happy with my pictures, and have answered posts on theknot.com's St. Louis message board and suggested you.

And some brides like to talk to references, so if ever needed, I'd be happy to talk to them. Anyway, I will talk to you Friday with my card number. Take care!
