Good Question ! Here's what you get ...
The Photographer will come to The Ceremony,the Reception, and one
additional location, (time and weather permitting)
usually a park, or backyard, for outdoor photos, in between the Wedding and Reception.
The
BASIC PACKAGE includes:"getting ready" photos,which begin about an
hour before the ceremony. These include your bridal portaits, and the bride
with her parents and with her bridesmaids, individually and as a group. The
groom,his family and groomsmen then follow. Then the wedding ceremony. Group
and family photos at the altar after the ceremony, a trip to a park (time and
weather permitting), then your reception! From your proofs, which are delivered
about ten days after your wedding, You get to pick out Twenty 8x10's to go in
a beautiful wedding album! There is NO SET LIMIT OF HOURS, although the photographer
will usually leave the reception right after the formal dances are
over.
Reception coverage includes:
Bride and groom's entrance, the toast(s), the food line,cake cutting/feeding, bride and groom's first dance,wedding party dance, parent's dance, and garter and bouquet toss, if they immediateley follow the formal dances. If you have something special going on after the formal dances,
let the photographer know, and usually he can stay a bit longer, at no extra charge.
About
one hundred-fifty,to two hundred photos will appear in your proofs,although
there is no set limit of shots. Requests for special shots are gladly honored ,within
reason. Family photos are encouraged !
You
will get to borrow, for several weeks,a bound book of professional, full
color numbered proofs of the shots taken, to make your selections from
and to show your friends and family. (you may buy your
proofs, if you wish, for an addtional cost)
From
you proofs , you get to select Twenty pictures to be made into color 8x10
prints, which I put into a very nice wedding album, which is included
in the the basic $600 package.
Everyone
starts with the basic $600 package, but if you would like to go to an album
with more pictures, and a different stlye of album, It is optional for
everyone !
There are lots of extras you may want to take advantage of ..You may decide
to buy your proof booklet,(many brides do) or purchase Parent's Albums, or a
DVD of your proofs set to music, or a printable CD, buy addional 8x10's,
5x7's, wallets, etc.
You and your familiy members are more than welcome to make as many (or as few) additional purchases as you wish.
You don't have to decide on extras until you've had a chance to see your proofs and show them around to all your family and friends.Take up to 45 days to decide !
